Welcome to the Church of Scientology Harlem
The Scientology religion helps achieve respect and improve your personal integrity, peace of mind and happiness.
Scientology is defined as the study and handling of the spirit in relationship to itself, the universe and others. The aims of the Church of Scientology as stated by the religion’s founder, L. Ron Hubbard, are:
“A civilization without insanity, without criminals and without war, where the able can prosper and honest beings can have rights, and where man is free to rise to greater heights...
“Nonpolitical in nature, Scientology welcomes any individual of any creed, race or nation.
“We seek no revolution. We seek only evolution to higher states of being for the individual and for society.”
It is with this purpose that a Church of Scientology has opened in Harlem, the iconic symbol of African-American culture today—a testament to the successes and hardships experienced these many years, not just in Harlem, but across all America.
Though the Harlem Renaissance faded many decades ago, it was the spark that ignited the American Renaissance for African-Americans, which continues to burn bright. Courageous spirits and powerful voices through the mid-1900s transformed the Black culture, a transformation with its beginnings in Harlem.
With this pivotal role in history, Harlem deserves an even better future—financial security, happy families and a stable community.
The Church of Scientology of Harlem is dedicated to making these ideals an actuality. Come take the next step along the road to achieving your dreams.
We are located at 2250 3rd Avenue. We are open Monday thru Friday – 1pm to 10pm, Saturday & Sunday – 10am to 6pm. Everyone is welcome.
